How to play online? In a short: select proper poker room, create an account, pay money into account and start playing. More details you can find in the article below.

1)Download and registration of software

When you are at the website of the chosen poker room, you push the button “download”(usually it is well visible, sometimes download starts automatically, when we only visit a site and allow for download)

Where the setup program is on our disc, we start the installation. There are no problems, the installer will download from the Internet by itself all the needed files, our only task is to click OK several times.
II New user registration

Also this stage is not more complex than creating free e-mail box. We have rather standard form to fill: forename and surname, address, phone number, e-mail address etc.) The account has been set up; )

III operations room, that is LOBBY

After logging into a program, we are in so-called LOBBY, in other words – in the centre of our new place of work. The central part of the screen is taken up by the table containing all the tables which we can play at. We have here a few categories in two groups:

--group 1- ring games—

Ring game it is nothing else as the table existing all the time and the players can sit at it (or go out) at any time

**Texas Hold’em – that is the most popular kind of poker. We have here version Limit, Pot Limit and No Limit. If you are a beginner, you sit at the table Limit with the rates appropriate for you.

**& Card Stud – less popular variety of poker, we just work on description of it

**Omaha – as it is mentioned above

--group II – tournaments—

Tournament tables,  in contrast to ring games, exist only during the tournament.

**SnG –Sit&go, SnG it is a canon of the tournament played at one table for 10 players max. The tournament starts when players appear in full force. (the name Sit&Go comes from it), what takes from few to several dozen minutes, dependently on the traffic (number of players online) on a given webpage.

**Multitable Tournaments – it is a canon for „serious” tournaments, in which unlimited number of players can take a part. For example, when 1000 players sign up to the tournament, they create 100 tables by 10 people each.  In contrast to SnG, multitable tournaments start at exactly defined time.

Apart from that we should distinguish „demo tables” (play money) where we can play for free, with virtual dollars.  They are perfectly suitable for learning software we will be using and for absolute beginners it is quite good help to understand the rules. If you double your capital during the first 30 minutes playing demo, don’t draw too serious conclusions from it. The game at real tables looks completely different.

IV Cashier – we pay money into an account

The last stage is before us  - to  supply an account with money. In order to do it we use the button “cashier” placed in lobby; it moves us to ‘the accounts department’.

**Payment- we have many methods to choose from, but the only one sensible (passing over NETELLER, which is described below) is to use credit card/internet card or Moneybooker. Everybody who has ever made payments on the Internet will do it without any problem. We give our card number, CVV code, expiry date, an amount we want to deposit…and it’s done. Money are in our account.

**Withdrawal – if we have used the card  to supply an account, we can withdraw by transfer or by cheque. Disadvantage of bank transfer are heavy costs and often, several days' accomplishment. The main shortcoming of cheques is long time needed for sending it to Poland and, above all, terribly long time and big fees connected with collecting the cheque in Polish bank.
